These Terms govern your use of outbids.lol, its public rankings, listing tools, tracked redirects and Whop checkout.
outbids.lol is operated as an independent online service. For support, safety reports, privacy requests and legal notices, contact [email protected] · @naxisty on X. We do not publish a private address or legal entity detail here that has not been provided.
Outbids is a public attention market. Users submit a website or public handle, choose a category and may claim a position by making a verified bid. Rank is a changing display order, not a promise of reach, traffic, sales, search placement or endorsement.
You must be legally able to use the service and must provide accurate information. Do not use the board to violate law, another person’s rights, a platform’s rules or the safety of visitors. You are responsible for the destination you submit.
Whop is the active payment provider for Outbids. Checkout, card collection and payment processing are handled through Whop’s hosted/payment systems and are subject to Whop’s terms and privacy practices. Outbids receives the confirmation and transaction data needed to reconcile a bid and publish the listing; Outbids does not intentionally store full card numbers.
A paid listing is published only after a valid, signed Whop confirmation. A payment that is pending, failed, reversed, disputed or not verifiable does not create a permanent position. Taxes, fees and any payment-provider requirements are handled according to applicable law and the relevant checkout terms. Whop payments are supported when Whop is selected as the active provider.
You authorize Outbids to fetch public metadata from the submitted destination and display the resulting title, description, icon, category, rank, amount and click count on the board and listing pages. You must have the right to submit the destination and must not mislead visitors.
We reject and may remove pornography, sexual or explicit content, NSFW/adult pages, sexual services, nudity-focused content, violence, gore, weapons, terrorism, illegal drugs or drug sales, illegal goods, hate, harassment, exploitation, scams, phishing, malware, spyware, deceptive redirects, impersonation, copyright abuse and other unlawful or harmful content.
This ban covers the URL or handle, its title, description, images, redirects and linked destination. Content can be blocked before payment, reviewed after publication and removed without preserving rank. Payment never overrides this policy.
Do not automate bids, manipulate rankings, generate artificial clicks, scrape private data, attack the service or bypass rate limits and safety checks. Public click counts are deduplicated per anonymous visitor and listing per board day, but no measurement system is perfect.
We may reject, edit, pause or remove a listing, suspend access, or block a destination when it violates these Terms, our Rules, safety requirements, payment requirements or applicable law. If a payment is reversed or cannot be verified, the listing may be removed. Refund requests are handled case-by-case under the applicable Whop checkout terms and mandatory law; contact us before initiating a payment dispute.
Whop, X and destination websites are third-party services. Outbids does not control their availability, policies or content. Outbids branding, interface and original copy remain protected; you retain rights in your content while granting us the limited permission needed to display and promote your listing.
The service may change, pause or become unavailable. We may update the board, rules, prices, categories and these Terms. The service is provided as available, without a promise that a listing will stay online or achieve a business result. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Using the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the service and contact [email protected] · @naxisty on X about an active listing or payment question.
