What we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect the website or public handle you submit, category, bid amount, public metadata, listing and payment status, rank, public click totals, support messages, and technical request data needed for security, rate limiting, diagnostics and service reliability.

Whop payment data

Whop processes checkout and payment details through its own systems. Outbids receives limited confirmation and reconciliation data, such as provider reference, amount, currency, status and the listing attached to the checkout. We do not intentionally collect or store full card numbers. Whop’s own terms and privacy policy apply to information handled by Whop. Whop payment data is handled on the same limited basis when Whop is selected.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies or similar browser signals for signed visitor identification, daily click deduplication, abuse prevention and secure sessions. We use Google Analytics on the service to understand page usage, traffic sources and product performance. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies and process usage data according to Google’s policies and your browser choices; analytics is separate from payment processing.

You can manage or block non-essential cookies through your browser and, where offered, the site’s consent controls. Blocking essential signals may prevent parts of the board, login or click accounting from working correctly.

Why we use information

We use information to publish and rank listings, fetch and refresh public metadata, confirm Whop payments, count deduplicated public clicks, provide support, detect fraud and prohibited content, secure the service, improve performance, comply with legal duties and communicate service changes.

Public listings and sharing

Listings are intentionally public. A listing may show its destination, title, description, category, rank, bid amount, timestamp and click count. We share necessary data with service providers such as Whop, hosting/infrastructure providers, security tools and Google Analytics when enabled. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect people, rights and the service. We do not sell personal data as a business model.

Retention and security

We retain public listings while they are active and keep payment, audit, support and security records for as long as reasonably needed for operations, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations and accounting. We use access controls, signed confirmations, secure sessions and operational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Where applicable law gives you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, or to request removal of a public listing, email [email protected] · @naxisty on X. We may need to verify the request and may retain information that must be kept for legal, payment or security reasons.

Children and Prohibited content

The service is not intended for children. Do not submit personal data about another person without a lawful basis. Pornographic, sexual, violent, drug-related, illegal, hateful, exploitative and otherwise harmful destinations are prohibited; if discovered, they may be blocked or removed immediately, with relevant data retained or disclosed only as necessary for safety and law.
